Low Application Fees
BBRents charges a fee of $30.00 per adult applicant for apartments, and $45.00 per adult applicant for single-family homes. Application fees are non-refundable.
Free Showings
You can schedule a self-showing anytime between 9 AM and 7 PM to view your next home using our online showing software. You will need a valid driver’s license to schedule a showing.
Credit Checks
BBRents does do background and credit check on all applicants.
